Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

This policy protects Getway customers, data sources, infrastructure, and trade ecosystems from abuse. It applies to the web app, APIs, AI workflows, exports, and integrations.

1. Illegal and harmful activity

  • No activity that violates sanctions, export-control, import-control, AML, anti-bribery, tax, customs, or trade laws.
  • No fraud, impersonation, identity misuse, phishing, malware, botnet, or credential-stuffing activity.
  • No attempts to conceal restricted parties, prohibited end-use, or prohibited destinations.

2. Platform and data abuse

  • No scraping, harvesting, bulk extraction, crawling, or replay designed to bypass quotas.
  • No reverse engineering, decompiling, model extraction, prompt extraction, or security probing without written approval.
  • No resale of raw outputs, source files, or datasets except under a signed Enterprise agreement.
  • No removal of provenance, source labels, disclaimers, confidence warnings, or audit metadata.

3. Personal data and customer content

Do not upload or process personal data unless you have a lawful basis and authority to do so. Do not upload children's data, payment-card data, passwords, health data, or sensitive identifiers unless expressly permitted in writing and technically supported.

4. AI and decision support

Do not use AI outputs as the sole basis for customs filings, sanctions clearance, legal advice, credit decisions, employment decisions, or high-impact decisions. Human review and primary-source verification are required.

5. Enforcement

We may throttle, suspend, delete abusive content, revoke keys, require remediation, or terminate accounts. We may preserve and disclose information where required by law, security response, or abuse investigation.
