1. Sources and provenance

Getway may use public sources, licensed data providers, customer-provided data, government portals, regulatory publications, open references, internal enrichment, and AI-assisted source summarization. Availability and distribution rights differ by source. We use source labels, citations, timestamps, confidence indicators, and data-lineage records where available.

2. Delay and completeness

EXIM, tariff, incentive, duty, sanctions, market, company, and regulatory data may be delayed, incomplete, stale, duplicated, mistranscribed, normalized incorrectly, or unavailable. Third-party or public sources may change, revoke, rate-limit, or correct data without notice.

3. No government affiliation

Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, Neximprove and Getway are not affiliated with DGFT, ICEGATE, Indian Customs, CBIC, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Finance, or any customs, export-control, tax, sanctions, or government authority.

4. Reliance boundary

Customers must independently verify classifications, duty rates, incentives, sanctions, licence requirements, origin rules, filings, commercial decisions, and compliance actions against primary sources and qualified advisers. Getway outputs are decision support and workflow acceleration only.

5. Personal and business data

Some EXIM or trade records may contain proprietor names, contact names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, tax identifiers, IEC-linked information, or other personal or business-identifying data. Customers must use such data only for lawful, necessary, and proportionate purposes.

6. Corrections and source challenges

If you believe data is inaccurate, unlawfully distributed, incorrectly sourced, or should be restricted, contact privacy@neximprove.com with the record identifier, source, and reason for review.
